Xiser Careserve is a subsidiary of Tai Pei Buddhist Organisation based in Singapore. We were approached to design and develop their website. Their previous website existed as part of Tai Pei Buddhist Organisation and created confusion for their target audience.
After meeting the Xiser team, we agreed that a seamless and efficient donation method is the key objective. A wish list and digital payment PayNow allow us to fulfil the objective.
As majority of their donors are Chinese speaking, we also built an A.I assisted translation module to reach out to them.
Refreshed Brand Image
Xiser Careserve's previous logo often created confusion with their parent organisation and the team hoped the rebranding exercise will be able to portray the home as a neutral organisation that welcomed any elderly and destitute that required assistance to stay at their home.
This rebranding exercise included the creation of a new brand logo, fonts and colours. A brand guide was also created, with inclusion of a new design for their name cards.
